Refund & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This helps cover prep time, ingredients, and scheduling.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time, you will not be charged the remaining balance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to full payment, depending on how far along your order is.

No refunds will be issued once an order has been picked up.

We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time; all orders must be picked up at the designated location.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
Missed Pickups
Orders not picked up during the agreed time are not eligible for refund or remake. Once your items leave our hands, we are not responsible for storage, freshness, or condition.
Allergen Notice
Our products are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We do not offer allergen-free items at this time.
