Lace and Lemons is a home-based bakery offering made-to-order baked goods. All products are made in a residential kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

 

2. Ordering

All items are baked fresh to order. Orders must be placed in advance through our online order form. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders based on availability, scheduling, or other reasonable factors.

 

3. Payments

Please refer to our Deposit & Payment Policy for detailed information. In general:

• Full payment or a nonrefundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the order.

• Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the order process.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. In general:​

• Deposits are nonrefundable.

• No refunds are given once an order has been picked up.

 

5. Pickup & Storage

Pickup times and locations will be confirmed when the order is placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order on time. We are not responsible for orders left uncollected or for product quality after pickup if not stored as recommended. Please refer to our Storage Suggestions for detailed information.

 

6. Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are made with love in a home kitchen that handles common allergens. This means our kitchen contains wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We do not offer allergen-free items at this time.

 

7. Use of Content

All content on this site — including photos, text, and branding — belongs to Lace and Lemons. Please do not copy, use, or distribute any content without written permission.
